Mr. Klasko moderated the panels “Understanding and Evaluating Investor Protections and How U.S. Securities Laws Can Affect Overseas Agents” and “China Issues,” Daniel B. Lundy participated as a panelist for “Putting Together an Approvable EB-5 Project,” and Rohit Kapuria moderated the panel “Understanding an EB-5 Capital Transaction.” Mr. Klasko and Mr. Lundy were named to the Top 2016 EB-5 Attorneys list by the magazine. Mr. Kapuria was named to the Top 5 EB-5 Rising Stars list by the magazine.
