Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is pleased to welcome Kevin Vo to the Washington, D.C. team as a Law Clerk pending admission to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and working under the supervision of admitted attorneys.
Kevin Vo is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexity of the U.S. immigration system and approaches each case through a holistic lens. He brings a diverse range of experience in immigration law to Klasko, including work as a Student-Attorney at The George Washington University Law School Immigration Clinic, where he represented individuals seeking humanitarian benefits such as asylum and U-1 status.
At the U.S. Department of Justice, Kevin assisted trial attorneys in the Immigrant & Employee Rights Section with PERM recruitment investigations, Form I-9 audits, and immigration-based workplace discrimination complaints. He also served as a Law Clerk with the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, supporting an immigration policy portfolio, and advocated on behalf of detained and non-detained clients in removal proceedings during law school. Prior to law school, Kevin worked as a paralegal at a business immigration firm in Boston, helping employers and individuals secure a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Kevin will support the firm’s corporate immigration teams across a range of matters, drawing on his experience with both humanitarian and employment-based immigration to help clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
