Ian Wilson is a business immigration attorney with more than 15 years of immigration law experience advising employers, universities, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and foreign nationals on employment-based immigration matters, with particular experience in extraordinary ability and advanced degree cases, including EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 petitions. Before entering private practice, he served as an in-house immigration advisor at a leading research university, managing immigrant and nonimmigrant matters for faculty and research personnel and administering a high-volume J-1 scholar program, giving him valuable insight into the immigration challenges facing higher education and research institutions.
