Vicki
Li

Vicki Li is an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Firm’s EB-5 Practice. As a member of the EB-5 team, Vicki is mostly involved in the preparation and filing of I-526 Petitions, for both regional center investors and individual investment opportunities. Vicki also reviews I-526 Petitions prepared by other attorneys.

Prior to joining the Firm, Vicki was a Global Business Counsel for a major corporation, where she provided legal advice to a number of businesses and handled a variety of commercial matters. She negotiated and drafted a variety of commercial contracts as well as developed contract terms and conditions tailoring to the specific needs of the businesses. In that capacity, in addition to handling all the day-to-day legal issues, she also provided compliance training to business groups which included topics such as anti-trust, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Conflict of Interest, and other key areas.

Vicki received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and Bachelor’s Degree from University of Pennsylvania.
