Ronald Klasko, one of the country’s top immigration lawyers and founding partner of Klasko Immigration Law Partners LLP, recently participated in a roundtable discussion at the EB-5 Coalition’s 2016 Legislative Workshop in Washington, DC. The focus of this conference of industry leaders was to discuss strategies and issues related to the EB5 legislative process. Mr. Klasko served on two panels, both relating to EB-5 legislation; the first panel was on effective dates for the legislation, and the other panel related to solutions to the Chinese quota backlog.
The EB-5 Investment Coalition (EB-5IC) is a broad-based, bipartisan organization of businesses, industry leaders, trade associations and elected officials mobilizing around the shared mission of putting Americans to work by reauthorizing and strengthening the critical EB-5 Regional Center Program.
