There has been no breach of our systems and no compromise of client data. This is the work of an outside party impersonating our firm. The following statement outlines what we know about the scheme and the steps we recommend if you have been contacted.
An unknown party has registered the domain klaskolawlatam.com and is using it to send emails that falsely appear to come from our firm. Our only legitimate domain is klaskolaw.com. The fraudulent emails appear to target individuals by offering legal representation and directing recipients to wire funds or send sensitive documents. Klasko Immigration Law Partners only requests payment or sensitive documents through established channels once a relationship has been confirmed. Any unexpected request of this kind, especially one demanding urgency, did not come from our firm.
If you have received an email from klaskolawlatam.com, or from any address you were not expecting, we ask that you not click any links, reply, or send any funds. Please verify any communication claiming to be from our firm by contacting us directly through info@klaskolaw.com or by phone at 215-825-8600. If you are an existing client, you may also reach out to your Relationship Partner directly.
