The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 brought many changes to the EB-5 program. For the latest information, please click here.
In order to maintain an approved regional center designation, every regional center must file Form I-924A on or before December 29 of each year.
Since December 29 falls on a Sunday, the filing for 2013 should be on or before December 27. The filing must be made for every regional center that received its designation on or before September 30, 2013. The form must be completed and filed even if a regional center has had no activity.
The form is designed for completion by the regional center directly. However, our law firm is pleased to assist our clients in the preparation and filing of the I-924A form. If you wish our assistance, we suggest that you contact one of our EB-5 team attorneys no later than December 10.
