H. Ronald Klasko, one of the country’s top EB-5 immigration lawyers and founding partner of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, participated as a speaker at the Central Florida Chapter Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Mr. Klasko presented on current EB-5 issues, including an update on proposed amendments, renewal and changes to the program, the impact of Chinese retrogression, and the impact of the new EB-5 Policy memorandum. He also spoke on Nonimmigrant Business Visas.
