Elise A. Fialkowski recently presented at the NAFSA Region VIII Conference. Ms. Fialkowski presented as a panelist for the session “Advanced H-1B Topics,” at which she and her co-presenters discussed the impact of location change and the Simeo decision, prevailing wages, export control issues, AC21 extensions, travel, intermittent and part-time employment, policy development, fee payment as well as document retention and compliance.
