Klasko Immigration Law Partners is pleased to announce that William A. Stock recently participated as a speaker at the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI) 2016 Symposium in Washington, DC. Mr. Stock was a panelist for the workshop “Hitting the Bulls Eye: Strategies to Meet the Agency’s Standards for Evidence in Employment-Based Nonimmigrant Petitions.” USCIS adjudications increasingly expect to receive not just employer’s statements, but an increasingly burdensome requirement for corroborating evidence from employers to demonstrate eligibility for immigration benefits. Mr. Stock explored how to meet USCIS standards and explained how leveraging the internal corporate immigration expert can provide effective and efficient response times allowing the client’s foreign national employees to focus on their intended employment. The CFGI Symposium “brings together top U.S. and global immigration experts and leaders from various U.S. government agencies to share their insights on the key issues and trends one needs to know as an immigration or HR professional.”
