Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its nationally recognized litigation practice with the addition of Ilana Synder to the team, further advancing the firm’s strategy to strengthen its capacity for strategic litigation and government advocacy. In this role, Ilana joins as a Senior Associate on the litigation team, bringing her experience to help the firm to continue delivering inventive and effective solutions for clients navigating complex immigration challenges.

Ilana Snyder is a federal litigator with deep experience focusing on immigration and administrative law. She joins Klasko Immigration Law Partners after nearly a decade with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation, where she served as Senior Litigation Counsel, handling complex immigration matters in federal court. Prior to that, she worked with the Executive Office for Immigration Review through the Department of Justice’s Attorney General Honors Program. Drawing on her experience litigating immigration matters from within the government, she brings valuable insight into how federal agencies build records and how courts evaluate challenges to agency action.
At Klasko Immigration Law Partners, she will support the firm’s expanding litigation practice, collaborating closely with Ron Klasko and the firm’s litigation team to assist individuals and businesses challenging delayed or denied immigration petitions and other unlawful agency actions under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
