William A. Stock (Bill) was quoted in The New York Times piece “Economic Promises a President Trump Could (and Couldn’t) Keep” on May 21, 2016 by Nelson D. Schwartz. This story recounted areas where the President could and couldn’t use his power to enact reforms including tax cuts, health care, trade, job creation, immigration, among others. Bill intimated that Immigration was an area “where the president’s power is least restricted” and that he might more likely be able to deliver on campaign promises.
