Stock recently presented “Hot Issues in EB-5” at the Artisan Business Group’s 5th Annual EB-5 Boot Camp in Los Angeles, CA.
The annual EB-5 Boot Camp is a one-day event for new and experienced immigration attorneys, project developers, regional center executives and any others interested in attracting EB-5 investors from the People’s Republic of China and Chinese communities around the globe.
Chairman of the EB-5 Investor Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Klasko is a former national President and three-term General Counsel of AILA. For the last 20 years, Mr. Klasko has been included in the highly regarded Best Lawyers in America and is named one of the country’s top immigration lawyers by Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2013. A frequent lecturer and prolific author on immigration law topics, Mr. Klasko is one of only three immigration lawyers ever honored by AILA with the Founders Award–an award given to the individual or group who has had the most important impact on immigration law. A graduate of Lehigh University (B.A. 1971), Mr. Klasko received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 1974).
