Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ attorneys Ron Klasko and Dan Lundy received special awards for their expertise and leadership in the EB-5 industry during the Third Annual Las Vegas EB-5 Conference sponsored by EB5 Investors Magazine. Mr. Klasko was recognized as the “thought leader” in EB 5, and Mr. Lundy was recognized as the “go to” attorney for complex EB-5 legal matters. Featuring keynote speaker Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO) and the first ever migration agent training workshop, the Conference welcomed 800 regional centers, attorneys and EB-5 program stakeholders.
Members of the Klasko EB-5 team were prominently featured during the Conference.
- Ronald Klasko conducted training for over 80 migration agents and covered due diligence relating to economic studies, business plans, program compliance and regional centers. He also provided a legislative update and discussed the importance of hiring a professional due diligence team. He participated as a panelist on a panel entitled “EB-5 Reform and Advocacy” in order to update attendees on the latest developments in the EB-5 legislative process.
- Daniel B. Lundy participated as a panelist on a panel entitled “Project Document Review,” where he spoke at great length to over 100 attorneys and developers about immigration due diligence on EB-5 projects and reviewing EB-5 project documents for immigration compliance.
- Rohit Kapuria moderated a panel entitled “The Many Roles of a Regional Center.” The panel featured prominent regional center principals alongside veteran EB-5 attorneys.
The Klasko EB-5 Team, including attorneys Anu Nair, Jessica DeNisi and Oliver Yang, were also in attendance at the conference, and greeted friends and clients at the Klasko Immigration Law Partners exhibitor booth.
