Klasko Immigration Law Partners is pleased to announce that Daniel B. Lundy, partner with Klasko Immigration Law Partners LLP, has been elected co-chair of the IIUSA Banking Committee. Founded in 2005, “IIUSA is the national membership-based 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center industry. IIUSA’s primary mission is to make the Program a permanent and successful part of 21st century U.S. economic development policy through advocacy, education, industry development, and research. The Banking Committee is charged with providing education and information about banking requirements to EB-5 stakeholders, educating banks about EB-5 in order to facilitate banking and lending relationships with EB-5 stakeholders, and evaluating and informing membership about trends and current issues in EB-5 banking.
