Chloe Du is an Associate at Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ Philadelphia office, specializing in investment-based immigration.
She is a member of the EB-5 team working primarily with EB-5 investors in providing legal expertise and guidance to individuals seeking to obtain an EB-5 visa through the Immigrant Investor Program. She guides clients through the intricacies of the EB-5 process and helps them achieve their goal of obtaining permanent residency in the United States through investment.
Chloe has extensive experience and knowledge in handling various immigration matters related to employment-based immigration. Prior to joining the firm, Chloe provided U.S. business immigration services to high-volume, multinational clients and advised clients on a wide range of U.S. business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. She has worked with international corporate clients in diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, music streaming, information technology, consulting, and financial services, effectively addressing their unique immigration needs. In addition to her experience working with corporate clients, Chloe boasts extensive experience in representing individual clients in their pursuit of permanent residency through green card applications, having guided and supported numerous scientists, scholars, researchers, and doctors through the intricate green card application process.
Chloe received her Juris Doctor and Master of Law degrees from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. During law school, Chloe actively participated in an enriching internship at a local boutique immigration law firm. There, she gained invaluable experience in both family-based and employment-based cases, solidifying her understanding of the nuances of immigration law.
