Jordan Gonzalez is an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He has dedicated his career to providing exceptional immigration law services to a diverse set of corporate and individual clients. In the increasingly difficult and constantly shifting environment of U.S. immigration law, Jordan thrives in staying up to date on the latest policies to serve his clients with custom and creative solutions.

Jordan is from a small border town community located on the southern most point of Texas called the Rio Grande Valley. Hailing from a bilingual, binational, and bicultural household, Jordan understands the unique role immigration plays in in strengthening the future of businesses, families, and the larger nation as a whole. In this regard, Jordan is uniquely attuned to protecting the rights of every individual regardless of their birthplace. He is passionate about helping his corporate clients hire the talent they need to grow, and assisting his individual clients meet both their career and long-term immigration goals.

Prior to joining Klasko Immigration Law Partners, Jordan practiced at a boutique immigration law firm based in Houston, Texas that provided legal advice to corporate clients, including applications for H-2A/B, H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, J-1, labor certifications, multinational manager and executive immigrant petitions, national interest waivers, as well as I-9 and LCA compliance.

Jordan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (magna cum lade) from the University of Texas – Pan American and earned his J.D. from the University of Houston, where he engaged in such activities including interning with Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Texas Innocence Network, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), as well as participating in the University’s immigration clinic.
