Megan brings extensive experience providing strategic legal immigration counsel to individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions on a wide range of immigration matters.-Prior to joining Klasko Immigration, Megan served as the Managing Partner of an immigration law firm in western Massachusetts, where she advised a diverse client base in employment-based immigration matters and oversaw the firm’s removal defense and humanitarian relief practice.
In 2024-2025, Megan also served as an Appellate Immigration Judge with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in Falls Church, VA, where she reviewed nationwide immigration court decisions, with a particular focus on asylum and other humanitarian relief. Additionally, she is a fellow at Cornell Law School and a senior attorney on their Path2Papers project, which focuses on finding long-term immigration pathways for DACA recipients.
