Expedited EB-5 Projects – Processing Time and Risk Evaluation

Virtual Event

An expedited EB-5 project can be an attractive option for investors given the extremely lengthy EB-5 processing times. In addition, an individual investor can apply to expedite an I-526 petition. However, USCIS expedites are rarely approved and must present a unique case to qualify for expedited status.

Please join me, Ron Klasko, and my partner Daniel Lundy, and Sam Silverman and Michael Schoenfeld of EB5AN as we address these issues on expedited EB-5 projects and others submitted live.

The following topics will be covered:

  • How to request an expedite
  • The aspects of a successful application
  • The benefits for investors and projects
  • Approval timeline
  • How to evaluate the chances of success of expedite application
  • EB-5 Immigration

The Klasko EB-5 immigration attorney team is adept at navigating the complex investor visa program. EB-5 is a multi-year process to obtaining a US green card and you need an experienced attorney with you every step of the way.
