On June 2, 2022, USCIS released Form I-956G, Regional Center Annual Statement. This form replaced Form I-924A, Annual Certification of Regional Center.

On August 23, 2023, USCIS published the newest edition of Form I-956G with significant updates such as collecting additional information on pre-RIA projects that were not previously required. Given the increased reporting requirements this year, it is strongly recommended that regional centers begin preparation for filing Form I-956G immediately.

This expert panel will explain how Form I-956G will impact regional centers and what they can do to ensure compliance with USCIS.

Register now to join the live webinar with Ron Klasko and Alison Li, along with EB5AN managing partners Sam Silverman and Mike Schoenfeld, on Wednesday, October 4th at 3:00 PM EDT to learn what regional centers need to know about the updated Form I-956G.

The following topics will be covered:

  • What is Form I-956G? Who needs to file? What are the costs? When is the filing deadline?
  • What are the key changes to Form I-956G from 2022 to 2023?
  • What information is required in Form I-956G Attachment #1 to maintain compliance with USCIS?

The panel includes:

  • Sam Silverman, Founder and Managing Partner of EB5AN
  • Mike Schoenfeld, Founder and Managing Partner of EB5AN
  • Ron Klasko, Founder and Managing Partner of Klasko Immigration Law Partners
  • Alison Li, Associate at Klasko
