On June 2, 2022, USCIS released Form I-956G, Regional Center Annual Statement. This form replaced Form I-924A, Annual Certification of Regional Center.
On August 23, 2023, USCIS published the newest edition of Form I-956G with significant updates such as collecting additional information on pre-RIA projects that were not previously required. Given the increased reporting requirements this year, it is strongly recommended that regional centers begin preparation for filing Form I-956G immediately.
This expert panel will explain how Form I-956G will impact regional centers and what they can do to ensure compliance with USCIS.
