Ron will be participating in this webinar presented by AILA on the hot topic of the E-2 Visa paired with the CBI program in Grenada. Approximately 17 countries have citizenship by investment (CBI) programs. Only one country has an investment treaty with the United States: Grenada. For nationals of many countries around the world that have no investment treaties with the United States, obtaining CBI in Grenada and then applying for an E-2 visa at the U.S. consulate is the best (and often only) option to create and work for a U.S. business. Also, it completely avoids USCIS and its restrictive policies. Lastly, third-country citizenship is becoming of increasing importance to other clients who are faced with a travel ban or fear returning to their home countries.
