Elise will be participating in this full-day CLE for the New Jersey State Bar Association. She will be moderating a panel entitled “Student Work Eligibility” and will cover topics such as: CPT and Pre-Completion OPT Timing and Issues, critical dates for students, combined CPT and OPT same level, STEM OPT rules, restrictions on Employment While in F-1 OPT, third-party worksites, and unlawful presence.
