Bill will be a speaker on a panel entitled Navigating Complex J-1 Exchange Visitor Issues in Subsequent Cases. They will be exploring the two year home country residence requirement faced by students, researchers, physicians and others who have held J-1 status. The will also discuss how to determine whether the person is subject to the rule, options for complying with the rule while maintaining US immigration options, and how to obtain a waiver of the requirement.
