Ron will feature in a discussion titled, The Grand Palace of Immigration: EB-5 Hot Topics, bringing attendees up to speed on the latest in current legislation, regulations, policies, and adjudication trends. Anu will be featured in the panel, The Floating Market of Pre-EB-5 NIVs, which will cover issues including assisting F-1 children of EB-5 petitioners, navigating the visa backlog, and aging-out.
