Anabel Nataros is a Senior Associate at Klasko Immigration Law Partners based out of the Washington D.C. office with over a decade of experience navigating complex U.S. and global immigration systems. She advises clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa strategies, helping them secure talent and scale across borders.

Her practice covers an expansive range of matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1, and NIW petitions, as well as family based immigration and naturalization. Anabel is especially known for designing innovative legal strategies and resolving complex cases — whether through creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, appeals, or litigation. She has also led litigation efforts challenging processing delays and erroneous denials.

Anabel’s clients span across diverse sectors like tech, investment banking, logistics, and public relations. Her global immigration work includes coordinating assignments to countries like Ireland, Australia, and Turkey. Colleagues and clients alike recognize her for her sharp legal instincts, relentless advocacy, and ability to turn complicated cases into success stories.

Born in Cuba and raised in Florida, Anabel chose immigration law out of a personal connection to the immigrant experience. Her bilingual background and cultural fluency add a layer of empathy and understanding to her legal work, especially with individuals and families navigating life-altering transitions.

She earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Anabel is an active member of AILA and previously held leadership roles in the South Florida Chapter. Outside of work, you’ll find her going on hikes with her husband, daughter, and Siberian Husky, Baloo; dancing along to Shakira playlists, or planning her dream trip to New Zealand.
