The applicant\u2019s extraordinary ability petition was approved in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/working-in-the-united-states\/permanent-workers\/employment-based-immigration-first-preference-eb-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EB-1 visa category<\/a>, and he was able to move to the United States where he currently works on horses using his revolutionary technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the EB-1 Visa Category<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals that demonstrate extraordinary abilities or qualifying managerial skills in their current field can self-petition through the EB-1 visa category.
