Ratush

Arielle (“Ari”) Ratush is an associate with the firm’s Philadelphia office whose practice is focused on employment-based immigration for a variety of companies and individuals. She has successfully represented clients in obtaining nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, TN, E-3, B-1/B-2 visas, and has extensive experience preparing EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions, as well as national interest waivers.

As a first-generation American and the child of immigrants, Ari is passionate about helping foreign nationals and their families successfully navigate the U.S. immigration system. Prior to joining the firm, Ari worked in a small boutique immigration practice, where she practiced both employment and family-based immigration. Throughout law school, Ari also worked as an in-house immigration paralegal at a publicly traded corporation. She graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. During her time at Villanova, Ari served as a Student Attorney at the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (CARES) and successfully represented clients in removal proceedings. Ari also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from Villanova University, awarded 2014.
