December 2020 Visa Bulletin
In the December visa bulletin, the USCIS has posted the Adjustment of Status Filling Chart, and since then, the USICS has announced they will be following Chart B (Dates for Filing) for December. This indicates the USCIS has determined there are more immigrant visas available for a fiscal year than there are known applicants for such visas. There has not been much movement in this chart, see below for the following changes:
Chart B (Dates for Filing of Employment-Based Visa Applications):
- EB-1 China moves forward a month to 01NOV20
- EB-1 India moves forward a month to 01NOV20
- EB-3 India retrogresses a year to 01JAN14
