Firm partner, Elise Fialkowski will be speaking on two panels at the 2018 AILA Employer Compliance and Worksite conference. She will be a featured speaker on the IMMIGRATION PRACTICE UNDER THE “BUY AMERICAN AND HIRE AMERICAN” EXECUTIVE ORDER panel providing an overview of changes under BAHA, and offering practical guidance on dealing with BAHA’s impact on the preparation of immigration cases. She will also be speaking at an earlier USCIS I-9 WORKSHOP , introducing the I-9 Form process, and addressing timing and general requirements, reviewing the I-9 Form itself, identifying “smart” features of the online form, discussing recent changes from the prior version, and advising on recent guidance and resources for I-9 completion.
