Klasko 2016 Annual Spring Seminar
IMMIGRATION 2016: NEW RULES, NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is holding its annual Spring Seminar on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the Union League of Philadelphia. Please join us for our twelfth annual spring seminar addressing current topics of interest for professionals involved in employment-based immigration.
While immigration dominates the political discussion on the national level, the agencies involved with immigration are releasing new rules to improve the employment-based immigration process and to support the United States’ position as the preeminent destination for global talent. A major new rule on STEM OPT will go into effect on May 10, and further rule changes on the H-1B and employment-based green card processes are being proposed and finalized this year. These important changes provide both opportunities and compliance challenges to employers and universities.
We welcome you to Klasko Immigration’s 2016 Spring Seminar, where you can be updated on the latest developments and bring your most difficult questions to our nationally-recognized attorneys while reconnecting with your peers in international education and immigration management.
