Klasko Law and EB-5 Affiliate Network Launch Regional Center Database Tool
The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 brought many changes to the EB-5 program. For the latest information, please click here.
In partnership with EB5AN (EB5 Affiliate Network), Klasko Compliance is pleased to announce the launch of an online tool that will help EB-5 project sponsors and developers better find USCIS-approved regional centers that meet their needs.
The tool quickly and efficiently allows a user to locate regional centers that cover a specific, required geographic area and to gain access to that regional center’s contact information. This is an exciting improvement over existing research options which can produce search results that include hundreds of regional centers that may not be a fit for a given project. The ability to connect with a regional center that is approved for your specific project location is now more important than ever as newly filed I-526 petitions can be denied if the project site is located outside of a regional center’s geographic coverage area.
This time-saving tool was built by using key contact and location information from 800+ USCIS-approved regional centers obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. The tool is linked and searchable here on Klasko’s EB-5 for Developers page or on EB5AN’s website for your utilization right now.
Considering the change in USCIS policy on approved geographic area, this tool is vitally important and should be your first stop when seeking regional center sponsorship for your next project.
For more information, here is a video from EB5AN explaining how the tool was built and how it could help you:
