On September 1, 2015, the EB-5 visa cut-off date for China will move forward to September 22, 2013.

Charles Oppenheim, Chief, Immigrant Visa Control & Reporting, U.S. Department of State, announced today at the 2015 AILA EB-5 Investor Summit that until the EB-5 program has been extended, the visa cut-off date for China EB-5 on October 1, 2015, would be listed as being unavailable. Once the EB-5 regional center program is extended, the cut-off date for China will move forward to October 8, 2013. Mr. Oppenheim also estimates that by the end of the fiscal year 2016, the cut-off date will likely move forward to April or May 2014.
