Richard R. Rulon (Rich) practiced immigration law for over 30 years.  Throughout his practice, he held leadership roles in the Immigration law community serving on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and on the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF).  In 2005, he was the recipient of AILF’s 2005 Honorary Fellow Award for his lifelong service to the field of immigration and nationality law.  As part of AILA’s Sixtieth Anniversary Celebration in 2006, Mr. Rulon was one of ten AILA members recognized as significant contributors to the organization.  He is included in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward and White).

Rich was a founding partner of the firm.  He retired as a partner at the end of 2008 and is no longer engaged in the active practice of the law.  However, the Partners continue to be able to draw upon his wealth of expertise in the representation of multinational and domestic corporations, their employees and private individuals in immigration matters as well as in immigration-related litigation matters in federal court and before administrative agencies.  Rich can be reached through the firm's main telephone number.

In addition to his practice, Rich played an active role in helping to shape immigration reform legislation, working closely with members of the U.S. Senate and their Congressional staffs.  On a local level, he is a past President of the Board of Commissioners of Pennsylvania’s Upper Dublin Township.
