The Firm is headed by H. Ronald Klasko, who has been practicing immigration law since 1978. Ron is a former national President and three-term General Counsel of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). William A. Stock was the recipient of AILA's Joseph Minsky Award for outstanding accomplishments in immigration law and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. He is a Senior Editor of AILA's annual Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook, and is co-author of the "J Visa Guidebook" from Matthew Bender. Suzanne B. Seltzer heads the New York office of the Firm. She is well known for her representation of universities, hospitals and research institutions and their medical and research personnel in obtaining extraordinary ability and national interest waiver immigrant petitions, O-1 nonimmigrant visas, and waivers of the two-year home country residence requirement. Suzanne also was given the Cornerstone Award by the Lawyers Alliance for New York in recognition of her outstanding contributions to pro bono work on behalf of victims of human trafficking. Jonathan Willmoth Jonathan Willmoth, an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, represents clients in a wide variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including consular processing of visa petition approvals. Jonathan has successfully represented large corporate clients in H-1B, L-1, Alien of Extraordinary Ability, H-3, and related petitions. He has also represented universities and research organizations in national interest waiver cases as well as outstanding researcher petitions and special handling labor certifications. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Missouri Bar Association, Jonathan received his undergraduate (B.A. German, 1998) and law (J.D., 2002) degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kate Kalmykov Kate Kalmykov, an Associate in the Firm's New York City office, focuses her practice on business immigration. Kate has extensive experience working with various human resources departments on employment verification and worksite enforcement matters including I-9 and H-1B audits. Kate has handled numerous family and naturalization based matters and has successfully resolved security name check delays for adjustment of status and naturalization applicants through the filing of mandamus actions in federal district court. Kate received her J.D. from the American University and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Kate is a member of the New York District Director Liaison, Corporate Practice and CLE committees of its New York Chapter. Neelam Ihsanullah Neelam Ihsanullah, an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, focuses her practice on employment-based and family-based immigration, as well as assisting clients in removal proceedings. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild, Neelam is currently admitted in California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and will soon be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
