		H. Ronald Klasko The Firm is headed by H. Ronald Klasko, who has been practicing immigration law since 1978. Ron is a former national President and three-term General Counsel of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Rulon has more than 30 years experience as an immigration lawyer, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF). 		William A. Stock William A. Stock was the recipient of AILA's Joseph Minsky Award for outstanding accomplishments in immigration law and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. He is a Senior Editor of AILA's annual Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook, and is co-author of the "J Visa Guidebook" from Matthew Bender. 		Suzanne B. Seltzer Suzanne B. Seltzer heads the New York office of the Firm. She is well known for her representation of universities, hospitals and research institutions and their medical and research personnel in obtaining extraordinary ability and national interest waiver immigrant petitions, O-1 nonimmigrant visas, and waivers of the two-year home country residence requirement. Suzanne also was given the Cornerstone Award by the Lawyers Alliance for New York in recognition of her outstanding contributions to pro bono work on behalf of victims of human trafficking. 		Elise A. Fialkowski Elise A. Fialkowski regularly assists U.S. and international corporate clients who seek to hire or transfer foreign employees as well as foreign individuals seeking employment in the United States as health care professionals, executives, managers, and scientists. She also has particular expertise in advising employers with regard to compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act including I-9 Employment Eligibility verification and worksite enforcement issues. 		Theodore J. Murphy Theodore J. Murphy (Ted) has been involved with immigration for the past 14 years - over a decade with ICE and the former INS. As one of the government's most experienced attorneys, he represented the Agency in all matters before the Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, handling criminal, national security, fraud and employer sanction cases. Ted has served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
