Over 100 members of the real estate development, regional center and general EB-5 communities attended Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ first annual EB-5 marketing and compliance seminar in Philadelphia last month.
The crowd was a sell-out and the attendance was oversubscribed. Attendees came from 23 states and as far away as Washington, Montana and Florida to hear speakers cover such topics as Marketing EB-5 Projects in China and India and EB-5 Compliance: Preparing for the I-829 and I-924A filings. I am pleased to announce that based on this incredible demand for more education and conversation, the firm has scheduled its next seminar for September 17 in Philadelphia.” The EB-5 Visa category was created by Congress to stimulate foreign investment and job creation in the U.S. It allows certain foreign investors and their spouses and minor children to obtain permanent residence in the U.S. if the investor: invests $500,000 or $1 million into a new commercial enterprise in the U.S. and the investment results in the creation of at least 10-full time, permanent jobs for U.S. workers.
