Immigration 2011: Spring Thaw or More Deep Freeze?

Klasko, Rulon, Stock & Seltzer, LLP is holding its annual Spring Seminar on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the Union League in Philadelphia.  The Spring Seminar will address current topics of interest for professionals involved in employment-based immigration.

Employers are faced with conflicting signals from the government agencies regulating immigration:  DOL is issuing decisions more quickly, but visa applications overseas experience delays; USCIS improves processing of H-1Bs, but Ls and EB-1s get more difficult.  Are we seeing the first green shoots of a new season, or are more storm's ahead?  Klasko’s immigration team will give you the forecast you can rely on.

Don’t miss this opportunity to discuss with your peers and learn from some of the nation’s leading attorneys on immigration and nationality law.
