Hike in Filing Fees

On October 24, 2016, the Department of Homeland Security published a final rule regarding increases in USCIS filing fees in the Federal Register [81 FR 73292].  The details can be found at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2016/10/24/2016-25328/us-citizenship-and-immigration-services-fee-schedule

Pursuant to the final rule, there are significant fee increases for various immigration forms, including EB-5 investment related forms. The increases, which will take effect on December 23, 2016, impact the forms outlined in the table below.
